Earliest departure from Miami

I'm going on my 2nd cruise on the Valor in March! Checking out airfares, and wondering what is the earliest we can depart from Miami. There are 11:00 and 11:20 flights - is that cutting it too close? Thanks!

It depends what cruise line you are on and what time they take off. But, I would say, yes it is cutting it close. :rolleyes:

I actually meant the return flight. Last time we went on Carnival, disembarkation began around 8:00, but it didn't matter, our return flight didn't leave until 3:00. What is the soonest I could make it to Miami's airport?

I'm cruising the Valor in April, 05 and was told by my TA that I should not book the return flight before noon. She suggested the return flight at 2:20 (for us) because we need to be at the airport 90 minutes before so the way I figured it by the time you disembark, find your luggage, hail a cab, and check in at the airport you would need more time. Hope this helps
