one place to dock

The NCL Majesty docks in St. George early on Tuesday and stays there the entire time... it leaves Friday at noon.. We have taken the exact cruise 10 times.. and in Sept. will make it eleven.. What is now very convenient is that with the bus/ferry pass you can take the ferry across the bridge to the Dockyard or one to Hamillton... or go up the street to take the bus.. St. George is a charming little town and the last time there had the opportunity to walk it's streets and see the secret little gardens...

ummm doesn't the Majesty sails out of Boston? The Explorer sails from Bayonne (very easy to get to from NYC (approx. 1 and 1/2 days at dockyard). The Zenith, which also sails from Bayonne, goes to Hamilton (2 days) and then over to St. George (approx. 1 and 1/2 day leaves at 3pm) -- it leaves Hamilton around 6 am -- you hardly even notice your moving and then wake up in St. George, which gives you the opportunity to easily explore both sides of the island.
