baycat Posted July 25, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2006  Hikini-or anyone else that has been on the Star recently-just wondering about the dress code. I know we are to wear resort casual for dinner-but what I was wondering was if people change clothes after dinner and wear jeans or more casual for the rest of the evening-like say to walk around the ship, shop, go to a show, etc... I heard that it gets very cool in the evenings and was wondering if I should chnage back out of my dressy shoes and clothes into something warmer and more comfy? Any suggestions? Thanks! IF you decide to dress for dinner for the restaurant feel free to change afterwards, remember there are people that chose to stay in shorts, jeans or other clothes and eat at the buffet and they'll be all about the ship with you as well. comfortable is much more condusive to a good time :-)
KeystoneCruiser Posted July 25, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 25, 2006 You are right about it being cool, especially in the theaters and on deck. I never dress up. I wear a polo shirt, kahkis or dockers and sneakers to dinner every night. I find that is equally as comfortable after dinner as well. No need to dress up on NCL.
