Yes there is. I think it's $3 per adult. Not sure how much for children. Magen's is the only beach on St. Thomas that charges admission, BTW. If you go there, the view is lovely but once you get to the water walk toward the left. Why? The crowds thin out. If you stay near the concessions it'll feel too much like home for you. :D

 

When we were there it reminded me of Jenkinson's Beach on a crowded holiday weekend with kids running all over the place kicking sand up and people stepping over you. We just walked to the left and it was much better.
