SCUBA - Fort Lauderdale

The charter boat directory from Florida Scuba News is a handy reference. http://www.floridascubanews.com/

American Dream II is docked right next to the 17th street bridge (island side), so that might be a good choice for you, particularly if you are staying at the hotel there (Hyatt?). Any op with resident boat doggies has got to be fun.

Unfortunately, I can't give you a personal reference as we have not been to Ft. Lauderdale in years, and the boat we used then has moved. We changed our spot as we got tired of the same old wrecks (Jay Scutti, Mercedes) followed up by an anchor dive on a reef. We haven't been diving anywhere else than Lantana/Boynton Beach since we first found it in 1993 (drift diving).

Let us know when you find something!
