Sheila1 Posted July 31, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2006 There are three ticket categories for the Paradise Cove Luau: -Hawaiian Luau Buffet -Royal Ali'i Service -Deluxe Luau Package 1. The last two options state that you have "Table Service (versus buffet)". Does this mean that you only order once and that's all the food you get versus the people who purchase the buffet who get "all you can eat"? Personally I don't eat that much but DH might be disappointed to see other people going back and forth while he only gets one plateful. And if that is the case, why do they charge you more for less food? (I know you get other things and more drinks, but still....) 2. Has anyone purchased the Deluxe Luau Package? If so, which is the better seating to choose IYO, the Royal Box or the seats in front of the stage?
kakalina Posted July 31, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2006 Hi Sheila1: We have done this luau 4 times. We have found it much better to book directly with Paradise Cove. They have shuttles that pick you up at Ala Moana shopping center. For the same price the ship charges for the cheap seats you can get the deluxe package. With table service you can get as many seconds as you like. The best seats are the upfront tables. If you book ahead you can ask for the table fronting the stage apron and it will be held for your party. We truly have found this the best way to see Paradise Cove. It is a wonderful place and a great excursion you will have a wonderful time. The direct number to Paradie Cove is 1-800-775-2683. Good luck and have a wonderful time.
