Has anyone done this on Royal Caribbean? How does it work? Is it worth my time?

We have cruised twice with Royal Caribbean. We participated in the activities to get Ship Shape Dollars. It was fun and we would try to get more dollars than each other! You also get to meet people by participating in the (free) activities. You can get the dollars through activities such as walking, dance lessons, exercise classes. Then you can use the "dollars" to get Royal Caribbean merchandise (e.g. t-shirt, coffee travel mug, etc.).
