Sugar Free Options

Just returned from a cruise out of Galveston on RCL's Rhapsody and was delighted ( as a diabetic) at the nightly sugar free desert options as well as the low carb options offered from nearly every menu.

Also sailing on the POH Garden Villa early September.

Can anyone shed any light on the availability of sugar free deserts and their quality as well as general availability of low carb options?

Many thanks,

Robert

They always have sugar free deserts on every menu. I will say not as many as in the past. I used to be able to stop by the Garden café and there was a whole section of the desert table with perhaps a half dozen choices each day.

Last couple cruises on NCL the table was gone but still sugar free options.

Let them now you would like sugar free options as a GV guest they will go out of there way and perhaps modify the daily treats they bring to the Villa. Nothing like watching a plate of chocolate covered strawberries wast away on a plate in your suite.
