? regarding transportation from Osaka to Pier

Hi,

Has anyone ever arranged their own transportation from Osaka airport to the Pier?

I'm not purchasing th Princess transfer package so I'm arranging my own transportation to the Pier. My ship sales at 11:59pm and my flight gets in at 4p....hopefully, I will have no delay in flight and will make it to the pier on time.
