Seven Mile Beach Vs Rum Point

There are two tours offered on my March 2007 cruise in the Grand Caymans. Both offer Stingray City and Coral Gardens Snorkeling, both are 6 hours long and offer lunch the two differences are: One goes to Seven Mile Beach and the other goes to rum Point. The tour that goes to Seven Mile beach is $94 per person and the Rum Point tour is $86 per person.

 

So what are the pros and cons of both there has to be some reason for discrepancies
