Am sailing on the Majesty in January. We plan on flying into Charleston, SC the day before. Anyone have any suggestions as where to stay?

I've only stayed at the Mills, which was (still is?) a traditional older hotel. Why did you label your question with a "thumbs-down" symbol?

Some good deals can be had on Priceline in that area... The only known 4* in Downtown is the Renaissance. Also, the Riverview near Ashley River can be had on PL. I'd guess either one for < $100 / night.

I'm guessing this is another instance of someone misidentifying the "thumbs-down" icon as a question mark.

I stayed at Holiday inn which was very close to the port. I think it was free parking also when you were cruising. Very nice hotel.
