cruising on Freedom in Sept 10 with 3 year old

We my husband /Daughter and I will be first time cruisers in September and we plan on leaving our little one on the ship 3 of the 4 ports of call Has anyone done this I am very nervous but Ta said everything will be fine :rolleyes: any helpful info Like do you think we should get walkie talkies / do they give you a beeper or any kind of communicaion after you leave them? any info would be greatly appreciated. Darla

They give you a beeper for that age group but I don't think the beepers work off of the ship (like on an excursion)? Maybe someone can confirm/deny this?

 

I haven't done it. But I just have to say to remember to be open to changes in plans. I don't think I would prepay any excursion that relied on my 3 year old being comfortable in the club. You know how tempermental they can be at this age.
