SparklyPinkCruiser Posted July 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2004 My flight home after my cruise does not leave until 8pm. I looked at RCI's excursions, and the Island Queen cruise sounds interesting.....does anyone have any other suggestions? Should I book this excursion through RCI or directly? I haven't been able to find much info for some reason. Thanks!
trish1c Posted July 6, 2004 #2 Share Posted July 6, 2004 We rented a car & went to the Miami Zoo. The trunk was a safe convenient place to keep the luggage all day.
gigsjh Posted July 16, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2004 I do not know when you are leaving. I asked a similar question. You can either take a taxi to Bayside Market Place it is an outdoor mall. It is about a six dollar ride to the mall. You can schedule a tour from there it is sixteen dollars for adults. I do not know if you have any kids. I think kids under three(or four) are free. Let_It_Ride Posted July 21, 2004 #4 Share Posted July 21, 2004 Bayside is probably your best bet for the day... its a really nice outdoor mall and you have several tour operators to choose from for a relaxing bout cruise. If you are interested, you can see pictures of Bayside here: http://www.fradom.com/photos/displayimage.php?album=48&pos=23 ____________________________ See my pictures at: http://www.fradom.com/photos
judyzoo Posted August 6, 2004 #5 Share Posted August 6, 2004 I'll second Trish -- If you have enough time, go to the zoo. On the other hand, if you don't have enough time, go to Bayside Marketplace.
dpatterson Posted October 25, 2004 #6 Share Posted October 25, 2004 What do you do with you luggage unless you rent a car after the cruise
zydecocruiser Posted October 26, 2004 #7 Share Posted October 26, 2004 You can ask at your pre-cruise hotel if it would be ok to check your luggage there upon your return.
