A previous poster mentioned a "breath taking" gazebo located 400 feet out in the water at the Merv Griffin Resort where you can see the tropical fish below. Can anyone tell me exactly where its located?

According to my quick google search, the Merv Griffin Resort is in Palm Springs. Maybe some one else has a better answer for you in connection with Grand Cayman.

Cayman Brac has a pier with a 2 story gazebo, I have been there and it is wonderfulgazebosunrise.JPG

At night you can see 3-4ft silver tarpon swimming around by the pilings.
