Opera transatlantic 2006

Hi there - first posting on this site so please excuse me if I appear to be a bit of a Luddite! However, here goes - we are booked on the Opera Genoa to FL Xmas and New Year cruise, leaving on the 16th December. We have booked one of the suites (12028) as I don't sail too well but husband does - he won that one....

I think it may be v. rocky at the top of the ship on an atlantic crossing.

Also, after reading the comments on CC I think it may be v. noisy being so near the pool, our cabin is the nearest one to midships I could book on the suites - has anyone else done transatlantic on these suites near the pool?

I'm going with a completely open mind with MSC, this is our 6th cruise but not done transatlantic before and this is the only think I'm worried about - I can cope with everything else, I think!!

I'd really appreciate some guidance here
