Is there a rumcake factory - in the sense of a "factory tour", samples, etc?

I think we saw them making the rum cakes when we were at the store over by the turtle farm. But all the Tortuga stores offered samples of rum cakes, and I am almost sure they offered samples of rum.

There's a store right in the port area...just to the right, but on the main street.
