I think we saw them making the rum cakes when we were at the store over by the turtle farm. But all the Tortuga stores offered samples of rum cakes, and I am almost sure they offered samples of rum.

 

There's a store right in the port area...just to the right, but on the main street.

yes it seems to me there is an outlet store perhaps. I was hoping to see a "factory" tour ya know?

I don't know about a tour...sorry. We stood and watched and then we sampled them all. :)
