Snorkel in Cabo San Lucas

We will be in Cabo next month and would like to take a snorkel trip, preferably with a private company rather than the ship's tour. Do you have a recommendation of a good company to contact? Is there any location that is especially good? Unfortunately our ship, Coral Princess, doesn't arrive until noon and leaves again at 6 p.m. so we don't have much time there. I found a website for Blue Adventures--has anyone out there had experience with this group? I'd appreciate feedback on any experiences--good or bad--snorkeling in Cabo.

wheres the best for snorkling and dolphin trips for cabo and puerta, ship seems to have it covered, Vision at around christmas time.
