What Class Ship do you Like Most?

With kids: Carnival... anyship it's the Camp Carnival that made it good.

W/O kids: RCCL... They were more formal at all dinners, formal and non-formal, would have been harder for the kids (10 and 14).

I love any ship that I'm on. I don't have a favorite. I love them all. I first went on the Imagination, then on The Glory and, on the Victory. They all seemed the same size to me(public areas, promenade deck, discos, casinos etc..) even though some ships were larger than others.

The Conquest! I have been on 5 Carnival cruises to date & my most recent (6/13/04) was on the Conquest. Both my daughter & myself fell in love with this ship. Definatly love the Conquest class of ship the best to date.

Now you know better than that... we love Carnival, so therefore we could care less about class :p The less class the better:eek:

Okay, really... I'll take any of them... as long as they float

Our favorite class of ship by far is the Spirit class. We absolutely loved the Legend. Of course we sailed it out of Ft Lauderdale instead of Miami. Most of the negative reviews seem to be coming from NY sailings. We like this class so much that we are sailing the Miracle next.

I prefer the Fantasy class over the Destiny class. I'll be trying the Conquest class this fall but from what I have been reading, I think that the Spirit class will be my favorite. I definitely will be trying that class of ship soon.

I would initially say larger is better - certainly Conquest class over Fantasy class - yet I recall we really enjoyed the Pride (Spirit class) - so after our Legend cruise this Thanksgiving I might have to vote for the SPIRIT class ...

(though ANY class is better than sitting here at WORK...LOL)

MORE RESEARCH IS DEFINITELY CALLED FOR!!! :D

well, since I have not had the opportunity to sail anything but Fantasy class of Carnival, I'll compare it to the other ships I've been on too.

I preferred Paradise (so that makes fantasy class my favorite) over the RCCL voyager class vessels, I've been on 3 out of the 5

We have traveled on the Fantasy Class and liked it very much, then the Destiny -- DID NOT LIKE AT ALL!!!!, then the Spirit class, that is our true LOVE.

We sailed the Spirit, the Legend and now will sail 12/26/04 on the Miracle. Not sure is we will ever travel on the other size again!

Our Miracle sails in December

I’m male…bigger is better. While I have not been on Conquest Class as of yet, I’d have to say Destiny Class is my favorite at this time. That may soon change, Conquest Class is BIGGER! I did not like Spirit Class, everyone seems to love it, but I wasn’t all that impressed. Amazing how being just 10 feet narrower made such a big difference to me. Some of the common areas seemed more cramped, it just was not as spacious. I also didn’t like the Lounge stuck down in the bottom of Riviera Deck, and with one dinning room, I was like a huge herd of cows waiting to graze. Conquest to me takes a few of the nice features of the Spirit Class like the Dinner Club, and an expanded Children’s World from the Spirit and put it into Destiny Class.

We prefer the Destiny Class. We've done 2 Destiny & 2 Spirit Class and we much prefer the Destiny class , Really love the Stadium type decking around the main pool! We're trying the Conquest class in October so we'll have one more to compare to.
