Noordam Room Question

Could someone shed some light for me? We have reserved room VD4054 for the Feb 28, 2007 sailing. I believe this is port side, maybe someone could clarify that for me? I would appreciate it. Also, if anyone has had that room or one in the vicinity, could you elaborate on the privacy of the balcony? And, I also read in a previous Noordam posting that the sofa in the room is only a love seat size, is that correct? Any comments would be greatly appreciated, the suspense is killing me.

As you can see on the deckplan - you are Portside, adjacent to the stateroom on the angle, therefore yes, you'll have a clear view of what's happening on their verandah and they yours. You'll also be visible to folks on the angle of Deck 5 above. (Tho I often wonder what folks intend to do on their verandahs that prompt the privacy questions!)

And yes, of you look at pix for that general category, you'll see that the seating is the size of a loveseat.

All even numbered rooms are on the port side, odd numbers are to starboard.
