Recent Legend Platinum Cruisers

Does anyone know how the debarkation process works for Platinum cruisers who do not use self debarkation on the Legend out of New York? I am cruising in 13 days and normally I would use the self -assist process. My Mom is sailing with me this cruise and she won't be able to carry off her own luggage. When I was on the Valor in May, the Platinum cruisers who did not take off their own luggage met in one of the lounges and were the the first ones to debark after the self assist passengers. Does anyone know if the Legend has the same process?
