Snorkel/Snuba in Hawaii

Looking for suggestions for Snorkel or Snuba excursion in Hawaii in January for a family of 4. DD is 16 and DS is 11. (Kids have never done this before and I have only snorkeled in a pool).

What island are you going to be on? On Maui There a couple good ones Trilogy is a catameran they have several destinations, one is to the island of Lanai with several stops for snorkling. The other I like is Blue Water Rafting they use a zodiac and go to Molokini crater. I know a few great shore spots also. Black Rock is behide the Seraton with easy access and nice beach. Honaloa Bay its a nature preserve and has lots of beatiful coral and fish. Hope this helps
