I booked a cruise leaving FLL day of Super Bowl without realizing it was superbowl weekend!! Couldn't figure out why hotel rooms were all booked! The dilemma now is wheter to re-book on the 19th of January if we can't find any rooms. Any suggestions?

We also were booked on this cruise, not knowing it was Super Bowl Sunday when we booked and changed to the 1-19 sailing because of the Super Bowl hassle. Sailing on 2-4 we had limited choice of pre-cruise hotel (but my wonderful travel agent found us something!) and very expensive air. We are now in a great cabin sailing on 1-19 (deck 4 wrap cat 11) and got great airfare and a reasonable rate for pre-cruise hotel.

Changing worked for us--and it's sooner!!!

Well....we knew it was the Super Bowl...but we did not think about the Super Bowl being in Miami  and that meant for travel in and out of Florida.

For us rescheduling is NOT an option due to other committments and work schedules. So....we are sticking with our plans and hoping for the best ;).
