Any suggestions about Jamaica (booking excursions on my own)?

I will be in Montego Bay Dec. 26th from 8am until 5pm. Any ideas who to go through to get the most for my money?

We are a family of three with one child (10).

We can't seem to pick just one thing to do so here are some of the things we would be interested in. We realize we can't do them all in one day.

We would need a tour operator who would pick us up at the pier.

 

Dunn's River Falls

Horseback ride/swim

snorkle/snuba

We'd love to go white water rafting ( not the Martha Brae bamboo rafts)

 

Hubby thinks the canopy adventure would be good, but what do you see except trees? Would it be safe for a ten year old?
