Western Carribean Cruise in December?

Chance's Mom

Recommended Posts

We are thinking of doing the western Carribean cruise thing in December and were wondering if the chances of having rough waters would be less there than in the eastern Carribean. 2 years ago we were on a cruise with Celebrity to Nassau, and it was COLD and ROUGH!!:( I realize that you can never predict the weather, but if we could avoid a good probability of rough waters, we will do it!:) Thanks

We did the southern Carribean a few years back the beginning of December including St. Thomas, St. Martin, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, and Barbados and the weather was great every where we stopped. The only thing I noticed was that the cruise crowd seemed just a bit older which I attibuted to less families due to the holidays.
