Has anyone ever been bused from one pier to another?

We were originally booked on the 9/5/04 sailing of the Miracle out of Balt., but switched to the 9/4/04 sailing of the Legend out of NY, since we will already be in Balt. Carnival is allowing us to ride the bus from the Balt. pier to NY with those Miracle cruisers who were bumped. Has anyone ever done this before? Is there a luggage limit? What should we expect?

I don't think they'll let you into the parking lot at the baltimore peir unless you have a ticket for a ship leaving there that day, so you might want to find out where else the bus is going, it's usually a bit of milk run with a few pickup locations along the route.
