New England tender locations

We will be on a New England/Canada cruise next month and am trying to make shore plans. Of the following ports which ones do you have to tender into and where do the tenders dock? Martha's Vineyard, Halifax, NS, and Newport, RI and Bar Harbor Maine and Boston.

I got that information directly from the NCL "voyages and pricing" web page for the Dawn's September 9th cruise. After checking the other Dawn's cruises, all this fall's Dawn cruises dock at Bar Harbor.
