MamaNeedsACruise Posted August 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2006 It's been almost 3 years since our last cruise (our next one is in 33 days! ) and I can't remember for the life of me what the beer offerings were...and maybe they have added some new things since then? (maybe...hopefully?) I mainly like higher end import/micro brews and do remember that the Engish Pub had a few different things...if any of you have cruised Mariner recently please let me know what they have on board these days. Thanks!:) :)

Thanks!:) :) Just got off the MOS Sunday..here it goes: Draft: Heinekin,Amstel Light,Bud,Miller light Bottled: All Above PLUS Guinness,Bass Ale,Red Stripe,Corona,Mich Ultra (I think) Pub had 1st two drafts..not all drafts are available everywhere(Sports bar had Heinekin draft in Ellington's,so did Dragon's Lair disco) Not the best selection I 've seen, but I drank mostly Heinekin drafts for $4.00 Big Al
MamaNeedsACruise Posted August 29, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted August 29, 2006 Would you happen to remember if the pub still has Boddington's in the can (yellow)? It blows my mind that they haven't at least picked up Sam Adams on the ship
big al Posted August 29, 2006 #5 Share Posted August 29, 2006 Mama-I think I did see Boddington's,but I'm not sure..they had Murphy's Irish Stout the 1st night, but switched it it to Heiniken & Amstel Light..I did see Sam Adams(which I love) in some bars, but since I prefer draft (especially Sam A.),I stuck to mostly Heiniken...I wrote on my RCL comment card that they needed more decent beers......Sierra Nevada Pale Ale,Stella Artois,Anchor Steam & Flying Dog Pale Ale would be a good beginning for me!!! You are preaching to the choir Big Al :) LOL I remember writing something like that myself. Good to see there might be Sammy somewhere, my husband will like that...I too am a draft person.
