Query Shore Tours Carnival Mediterranean

Hi All

 

I am booked on the new Carnival Freedom for next year...

I have a question re the Shore Tours - I have fully deposited, and have been to there website to book the shore tours and it won't let me...someone said you can only book online inside 120days before sailing. Is this true.

I would really like your advise.

jUST from our past cruises you cannot book your excursions until your final payment has been made I am not 100% sure of that.

I'm sure that CARIBBEAN01 is correct that you can't book online until you are fully paid. I booked a shore tour just short of a month before hand and had no trouble.

you most certainly can book excursions BEFORE final payment is made. i'm not sure how far in advance you can book online, but i've booked some 5 months in advance of my upcoming cruises.

taby027--welcome to the boards! Which sailing are you on? You may want to check your roll call forum and see what others are doing for side excursions. Just a suggestion.:D

You should really check out on these boards the private drivers/guides for your tours instead of ship's tours. The cost is less (if you get at least 2 couples to go with you and it is easy on cc)and much more intimate - you are a party of 4-6 instead of 40-45!!! Can you imagine the time wasted on "potty" breaks!!
