NCL Star: Name of Port & Location of Embassy Suite with "Transfers"

Will be taking Family of Four out of Los Angeles on the NCL Star in a couple of months. Have been on NCL Star when it was NCL's only Ship in Hawaii, so I know the ship, but Cruise Critic posters please help me on these two questions.

#1 "Name of Port" that NCL Star currently leaves from, for the 8 day voyage down the Mexica Riveria out of Los Angeles.

#2 "Name and Location" of the Best and/or Most Popular Embassy Suite (there's six of them in L.A. area) that would be closet to the NCL Star, "Port of Departure", that would definitely have it's own "van transfer" system in place, to get their guest to the ship.

Any and all info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank-you for a prompt reply dwrist. You are definitely a "cool-cruiser". I was on the Norwegian Star for it's very Last cruise of the Hawaiian islands. It was a "Special" deal and NCL threw in two (2) Free days at the Marriott hotel. I look forward to cruising down the coast of the Mexican Riveria.
