Has anyone here bought Travelex insurance? Anyone ever have to make a claim?

Just wondering how coverage is with this company. Has anyone had to file a claim or use the insurance they bought? Was there any problems? Would you buy from them again? I like this company because of the high Medical limit they have 500,000 including med evac.

I had this insurance last year when I had to cancel a cruise because of surgery. The claim processing was easy and I received my refund quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I always purchase cruise insurance because you never know what might happen. There was a lady who used to post here often, she and her husband went on a cruise and he died while at sea. She didn't have cruise insurance and found out that the foreign country would not take the charge card that she had with her. The poor woman had a terrible time getting ddh back home.

I intend to buy Travelex for my next cruise because all the coverage is primary -- not secondary. I haven't used them before, but they have a very good reputation.
