TourneyKit Posted September 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2006 I've heard that some ships have added their own cell phone towers so that you can use your cell while at sea. I know I can use my Cingular service in St. Thomas and San Juan, but was curious if I'll be able to use it elsewhere in the Southern Caribbean. Anyone know? turbo46032 Posted September 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2006 Cingular's web site has a real nifty list where you enter your itinerary and it gives out all the info about roaming, availability, etc: http://www.cingular.com/media/roaming_gen has roaming info for ports - unfortunately, only Norwegian Cruise Lines and Royal Carribean have the phone tower...
