Captain Marvin's For Stingrays?

I've been reading through old threads, trying to decide which company to go with for a stingray tour, and got a bit confused by the Captain Marvin's reviews. I found several negative ones for the 8:30am tour, but several positive ones for the 9am tour.

 

My DW and I would prefer the earlier tour with only two stops as our poor eyesight limits the fun of snorkeling, so I'm hoping that some of you will be able to tell me that you've recently been on the 8:30am tour and that it was a great experience, or will be able to help us make a decision here with some other piece of information.
