Dame Delilah Posted September 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2006 We have cruised many times, but it has been over 10 years since we have travelled on RCI. We are travelling TransAtlantic in 2007. How is Embarcation at Galveston and Debarcation in Barcelona? Any info will be greatly appreciated. TEXASMUNK Posted September 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Is a breeze! You did not say whether you ar driving or not. So....if you are driving, there are a multitude of private parking lots (closest and easiest is EXcruise where you drive int, they carry you and your luggage over to their pier, 2 minute ride (see their website) or you can use the city's lot. City lot..drop one of your party at their pier with your luggage, then drive over to lot, park and get a ride back, again about 2 minute ride. If you are arriving any other way, they drop you right at entrance, porters take your luggage, you walk in, go through securing and enter the check-in are. It is big and well staffed. tables and chairs available in area. Boarding is easy and quick. No hassles, no problems, Bon Voyage!!!!
