Upgrade you're room online?

Does anybody if you can upgrade you're room directly online on RCI's website. When I login in to my account I don't see any such options. I suspect you might have to contact RCI directly...

Yes you can, but think you must have booked it online in the first instance. I did it this week, went into my cruises, put in reservation # , when your cruise details appear, look for stateroom on left and press the edit button and then change it to the cabin you now want, after you have completed that the new balance will appear at top right hand side of the reservation page.

In December we had JS's on the Sovereign and were able to upgrade to Grand Suite's for additional $60 per person online.

 

I always book online and manage the reservation myself. The only time these options are not available is when RCCL is upgrading the website or reservations. Maybe that is your problem. Keep checking back and all options should be available to you!
