Carnival Biggest Sale Ever

"Carnival Biggest Sale Ever" is what my e-mail said from carnival today. I looked all over the site and didn't see where it said anything about only on new bookings. It said that wide selection of sailings now thru Feb. had a free upgrade only on Thursday.

Okay my question, is there people at carnival that anyone knows who would give this deal on a cruise already booked. Or is it just the luck of who you get when you call. I have not tried having my TA call during one of these sales, but it sounds like many of you get the upgrades, so why not!
