27 days out and my DW and I sail on the Imagination. I've been listening to Magaritaville Radio tonight and the music reminds me of our past 11 cruises to the Caribbean. Lots of thoughts. What are yours?:)

There is a Magaritaville Radio? Where? Where? :D

My problem is not getting in the mood, It's being in the mood all the time.

It's really bad now since my docs came in yesterday WOO HOO:D

I do listen to Jimmy Buffet and I highly recommend Kenny Chesney's Be As You Are. That is a great cd. If you are going to the caribbean.

I'm honored you would answer my thread.:) So what is in your thoughts when you look forward to a cruise? Being away from work, the kids, family, being with just your special one, the food, the beautiful Caribbean water, your skimpy swimsuit, the foo foo drinks, or the thought of escaping?

Hmmm lets see.... I come to Cruise Critic daily.... okay so I am on pretty much all day :p, I have chats with my fellow Saints & Sinners, I search the net for anything and anything on the Carnival Conquest, I downloaded a bunch of cruise songs to my iPod Nano, search for cruise wear on eBay....

How do you know your addicted to CruiseCritic

0. Cruiscritic is your main entertainment

1. You get up in the middle of the night to check out the boards

2. Its the first thing in the morning you check.

3. You hit the "reload" button every 5 seconds.

4. When your say "just one more post, honey" and turnes into much longer.

5. You get nurvous ticks when you are away from the boards too long

6. Do you regale your co-workers and friends with what's online

7. Do you LOL at work and everyone turnes their head.

Yeah last night I came home from spending some time with family (all the time thinking I would rather be home on cruise critic), when I got home the "system was overloaded" and I couldn't get on!! Good thing I was really tired, I went to sleep got up early this morning and ........wham.......here I am!!! Yes I guess I am addicted now! We have only 6 days and a wake up before our inspiration cruise!!!

Can't wait! I am deciding what liquor to smuggle on board, what wine to buy to bring on board, dropped off my dry cleaning yesturday (huge pile) got our boarding documets all togeather and put them with our tickets, stocked up on my "peach swisher sweet cigarellos", which is not an easy thing to do , I actually had to get in touch with the distributer. They look just like cigaretts so I won't get booted out of the casino! hmmm what else............

I love everything about going on a cruise , what I love most is NO PHONES!!!! I hope cell phones NEVER work on the ships.......how horrible is that that anyone would want them to. My goodness if anything goes wrong at home , they can contact the ship, other then that.........I don't want to hear from anyone!!!

I won't miss, getting up early to drive the girls to school, letting the dogs out- letting the dogs in, laundry, cooking, errands, the phone, the TV...........ahhhhhhhhhhhh I can just relax....swim, tan, drink, gamble, be entertained, eat, have I mentioned drink and be merry and have I mentioned drink.........what's NOT to like about that!!!! Actually I am not a big drinker at all but something about going on a cruise almost demands a tropical drink in hand at all times. :D
