Dinner times

C-U-ONBOARD

Recommended Posts

You can try to change your seating. You can only do it after boarding. The Maitre'D will have hours set for this purpose during the afternoon of boarding day. You must go see him, request a change. He will tell you he will try and ask you to dine where you are scheduled that evening. The next day you will be notified of the change.

This is how it almost allways happens. I have not heard of anyone that wasn't accomodated but I'm sure it has happened.

Since I always request early seating, and have been ocassionally assigned late seating, I either just grin and bear it or, as has been suggested, track down the maitre 'd and request a change. Don't ask for a change at the purser's desk; all you will get is the run-around. If it's important, I slip the M'd 5 or 10 bucks and he has always been very accommodating!
