Mayor Kathie Posted September 28, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2006 Stateroom 4196 and 4195 QE2. Has anyone out there stayed in either of these rooms? They are slightly longer than the others beside them and was wondering what, if any difference that makes.i.e.just a longer corridor or is that where the wardrobes are? Also we have always been higher up and at the bow end so this will be a little different. catandave Posted September 28, 2006 #3 Share Posted September 28, 2006 Refering to the deckplans that one of the other cc members so kindly provided. It appears that 4196 is quite long and narrow as you stated. Enter from the corridor/gangway On the left is the door to the bathroom (tub) Once past the bathroom wall there is a wardrobe then a dresser on the left wall. opposite these is a small dresser on the right wall. Then a twin bed along the left wall. Then a small dresser at the foot of this bed once again on the left wall. The second bed is under the porthole along the outer hull. If the beds are to scale it would seem, that the cabin is about 8 feet wide. There are also two chairs indicated. Hope this helps....I tried to attach the .pdf file but the cc file size restrictions stopped me. we are in 3130 for the 28OCT06 2 day to Zeebrugge and then off to the med on the 18 day 30OCT06.......getting excited, we got our tickets last week!
