I am planning on PP in may to vancouver and would like to know if there is air deviation available from vancouver to hawaii then papette as I have heard that princess air arrangements are not always that good

Princess Air into Papeete from North America is now always with Air Tahiti Nui so paying Air Deviation for that segment would be a waste since only Air New Zealand and Air France are the other carriers that service that market. Try getting a quote fo the deviation into Hawaii and Papeete to see if there group air is better priced...sometimes it is and sometime Air Tahiti Nui offers some great last minute bargains into Papeete in the spring and Summer months for $399.00 as I have seen last year.
