I've read somewhere on here before about happy hour specials. Can one of you tell me where to go to see these cruise price deals?

i'm new to this happy hour special stuff, but i have a few questiosn regarding how it works. thanks in advance!

 

1) do the links automatically update every tuesday for the happy hour specials?

2) do the promowave specials come out on tuesdays too? do they automatically update as well?

3) can these links be found on the royal caribbean site anytime on tuesdays? or are the links specially mailed to certain listserves?

4) what's the difference between happy hour and promowave specials? do price adjustments work on them?
