Are they still tendering in Cozumel or have they finished the pier ?

The pier is not finished. I think it's another year or two. I was on the Conquest last week and they said when it would be finished but this occurred at the Captain's Reception and I could not hear.

 

I like Paradise Beach, myself.

Some ships are still tendering - Many of RCCL ships are docking at the International Piers and Disney and Caribbean Princess have docked at Punta Langosta Pier. Carnival tenders to downtown ferry pier or to Puerta Maya pier. That pier I understand will take over a year to rebuild.

 

Laying out - Paradise Beach is my favorite

Snorkeling - Dzul Ha area

 

But depending on your schedule Paradise Beach has a 2 reef snorkel trip that leave at 1230p and returns at 230p on a Catamaran for only $35 plus $2 marine park fee so you could do both at Paradise Beach - shore snorkeling is available but you really won't see much there.
