On Board Credit Question

Hello everyone!

I will be sailing on the Valor in November with a big group of people. We have received a 100.00 on board credit per room. Several of the group have asked me if the OBC can be used for the gratuties that is added to your S&S card. I was not sure---so I figured I would ask all of you...since your the experts! I wasn't even worried about using it for the gratuities since I will be using it for the alcohol! There are several people who do not drink though--and figured they will not be spending much on board.

Thanks!!!

Holly :)

Hi Holly from SC! I am Julie, also from SC. I just got a 200.00 OBC because of my OV cabin going down in price. My PVP told me I could use it for anything on the ship. She said this included gratuities and Spa, casino, DOD ect. I have not had an OBC credit before and was not sure how it showed up, but I got a emailed copy of a fax sent to my PVP from her boss and it showes my new rate of the cruise and the 200.00 OBC. I printed it and will take it with me when I board in 59 days!!:p

The OBC will show up as a negative dollar amount on your sail and sign. It will defray any costs charged to your sail and sign. If there is a negative dollar amount on the sail and sign at the end of your cruise they will issue you a check.
