best NCL excursions for antigua and barbados for kids

Please dont move my post as I am interested in getting information on NCL excursions...which is lacking on the other port specific threads.I have a 5 yr old girl and a 10 yr old girl....many of the excursions screen out my 5 yr old....does anyone have any feed back on NCL excurisions for this locations?thanks!!!!

I have never been on a cruise to Barbados but my grandmother is from the island, so I have visited a few times.

 

When I was around 10, we went to the green monkey park and I really enjoyed it. I took a brief look at the NCL excursions online and they have a few for the green monkey park.

We loved the kayaking and snorkeling eco-adventure...I think it's Antiguapaddles.com (we booked through NCL on the Spirit). But I don't know if it's appropriate for 5 year olds. I remember families on the excursion, and I must say out of 4 cruises, it was our favorite excursion we've ever taken! :)

I went on a catamaran cruise in Barbados which was excellent and I did horse back riding in Antigua. Both were fantastic. Goin to Antigua in Dec and want to try something new...
