Purchasing airport transfers on board - or other option

we are flying in-out of FLL but Valor sails out of Miami; we may have a car on the way in, but we want to arrange transport backto airport with carnival; someone mentionned you can buy on board for around $15...can anyone confirm.

 

Or any suggestions for cruise transfers...? I would pay the $25 to carnival but Dh has heard 1) price lower if you buy on ship and 2) a lot of waiting to fill the Carnival bus.

I used the Carnival service from Port Canaveral to Orlando. I purchased the transfers onboard ($25). The wait was not long at all. Keep in mind that large groups of people are getting off the ship at the same time so the busses fill quickly (that was my experience). The wait was due more to the luggage being put on the bus than the bus not filling up quickly. I used the service once from the Miami airport to the port. The bus was only about half full when I got on and we left almost right away.
