I put in a booking number and all I get is an error message, what am I doing wrong:cool:

put a date range in, elmorejj, ending with today's date. it may depend on how soon you are cruising too.

I did that and the error message says fill in all items with a red asterix, there are only two and I put them both in. A poster on this board is on the same cruise and they have theirs on the way:cool:

hum, not sure what's wrong then. i just put in a date range of 10/11 to 10/14 and mine popped up. now, i can't get my air itinerary to come up. anyone else able to get that to work?

Elmorejj, when is the date of your cruise? I put in dates 10/1 to today. Be sure not to put a date later than today. Don't forget to put in your reservation #.

 

I think it will only work if they've been sent. But if you're who I think you are your date is almost the same as mine so they've probably gone out. Try again ... it should work.

I'm leaving on 12/3 on Zuiderdam and this afternoon it didn't show up. I just checked and it was there. Says should get to my TA on 10/20. Awesome!!!!!

 

My cruise is 12/9 on the Oosterdam and didn't come up.

Maybe ... or maybe later if you've got a GTY. I do for my 12/9, and I'm HOPING they won't ship for a month or so, because I think that will better my chances for an upgrade.

Sean, I would say probably yes. Mine (for 12/2) went out on 10/10. So I'd start looking by the middle of next week for yours.

Just guessing here, but I don't think that will make any diference to your upgrade. I have done guarantees before and the documents for cabin number say "00" and I have gotten them six weeks ahead. HAL can do any upgrading it wants after that because they haven't put you anywhere that far ahead. Have always gotten good upgrades to great locations.

 

In other words, I wouldn't even expect to see a cabin number on your docs.

 

Do you check online for your cabin assignment? Its fun to see the cabin number show up there.:)

Yep, I check the Immigration form at least once a day when I get to this stage! The first time that we booked a Vista VE guarantee and was upgraded to a VA I thought it was a mistake!! :):)

LOL...I even check mine even though we picked a cabin and handicap cabins are not upgradable. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they upgraded us to handicap suite.:)

Not everyone sailing the first week in Dec. has had their docs sent yet or been able to track anything. As long as your booking# comes up on the Immigration or Excursions forms you are fine. HAL doesn't send all docs out at the same time or even during the same week.

I'm sailing 12/9 also, and my docs left Seattle Tues (17th) at 1:00p, and are estimated to be here on Tues the 24th. Yours have to be coming soon! Keep your chin up! :cool:

I just heard from a fellow cruiser on 12/9 that her docs haven't showed up on the DHL site as shipped yet either, so you're not alone anyway! :D

I checked thru tracking and they are on the way but my immigration still shows Guarantee. Is that where I would see the room assignment other than waiting for the documents? I know I may have to wait till boarding>

Yes, that is where you will see your cabin number posted. :)

I am happily in proud possession of my 12/2 docs!!!:D I'll tell you this ... if not for the talk of this link on the CC boards I wouldn't be holding them in my lily whites now. It's because I knew when they were received by my TA that they were shipped to me post haste.:)
