Port Everglades Duty Free Liquor for ship?

We sailed on the Grand Princess back in January of 2000, and when we checked in we first walked through one area where there was a duty free booth where you could purchase a very limited selection of liquor. You made your purchases, boarded the ship, and then at a point later in the day--I think it was 6:30 p.m., you came down to claim your liquor and carry it to your room.

I've been reading all these posts about smuggling liquor on board, so I am assuming this duty-free thing isn't there anymore?

Not a problem, I can buy a bottle for the room, but that little duty free thing was sure nice! Does anybody know if they still have it, or when they canceled it if it's gone?
