June weather in St. John, New Brunswick

Recommended Posts

We sailed 6/28/04 on Victory and were in Saint John 6/30. The day was cloudy and cool - a sweater/jacket definitely in order - but it was very pleasant. However, the weather can be very changeable - the next day we were in Halifax and it was sunny and very warm. My best advice is to be prepared for a range in temps.

Likewise, sea days can vary; when we sailed Victory in 2004 (5-day to both Saint John and Halifax), we went in and out of fog each day - but this year (4-day to Halifax only), we experienced no fog at all. Temperature-wise it varied as well; most mornings we loved having breakfast out on the Lido deck, rather than in the restaurant - but we usually needed sweatshirts. Later, the sweatshirts usually disappeared.

Hope this helps!
