waiters and maitre d's

We will be sailing on the Crown in two weeks and wanted to know if anyone out there can give me the name of a good waiter and maitre d. Someone who had a good experience with them. We have opted for anytime dining. Thanks.:)

Generoso is the Maitre D', Goodwin and Rui are 2 of the better Head Waiters.. Waiters often move from dining room to dining room so kinda hard to name a good one.

Rui in the Da Vinci restaurant was the best! Our wait staff was Juan and Juan and we couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Was on the 8/25 sailing and already booked again for 8/19/07. We absolutely love this ship!
