Can we get to a nice beach, HELP!

After reading some posts I am a little concerned about leaving the "fenced" area of the cruise terminal. We think our kids would not enjoy the cave tubing, too scared of the dark! We would just love to be able to hire someone to just take us in a boat or taxi to a nice quiet beach any ideas???

If you really wasnt to go cave tubing i can tell you that it is not dark and scary, i was very concerned about that myself, you can see light coming in from the ceiling and the end of the tunnel plus there will be 40 of you with lights on.

If you want to go to a nice beach, any of the cayes will work, the easiest would be to book through the ship, some excursions take you directly from the ship to the caye instead of going all the way to shore and then back out.
