Excursion in Cabo

Hello everyone! I am planning on taking a cruise to Mexico with my daughter on Royal Carribean, and we were thinking of doing the Power Snorkel Expedition in Cabo. I was wondering if anyone has done that, and has feedback on it? Or does anyone know of a good excursion to do in Cabo? Has anyone done a horseback ride on the beaches or so, I would like to learn more about that (shes a horseback rider, and we didn't know if they would take the horses slow or not). I would appreciate any help that you would have, thank you so much.:D

If you and your daughter want to be able to run your horses

consider Randi's Happy Horses in Mazatlan. This is a private tour

that you can get more information on the ports of call board.

I've done a couple of different horse riding tours and they were all

follow the leader-walking tour. On Randi's tour you will start out

walking through the grove and then you get to the beach. You

can turn the horses out loose if you have the skill. DH and Iwould run

ahead of the gang and then run back to rejoin the group then

we would run ahead again. I kept thinking they were going to tell

us to knock it off but they didn't. This year when I reserved my

horses for Jan. I told Randi to give us some horses that want

to run. She confirmed the reservation. It was one of the best

days of my life!

Sorry, I can't tell you about horseback riding in Cabo. We're going

to do a dolphin swim.

Thanks, what we are planning on doing is taking the Vision and doing the Mexican Riveria and going back to back with another cruise to Baja, I should have been more general for the horseback riding, for that one, any port would be great, is Randi through the Ship, or on your own?

 

If anyone has any info about the excursions in Cabo, especially about the one I listed above, that would be great.

I can't say from experience yet, if Randi's tours are all that. But all the message boards rave about her. I found her email address to be randi@randishappyhorses.com I have an email to her (about 1/2 hr ago) and am still awaiting a reply. I think we are going to book her for a March trip. I hope she is everything every one says she is.

I too am looking for things to do in Cabo. I think I have Mazatlan and PV figured out, now just Cabo. So, all you people out there, if any one has any suggestions about ANY tours in Cabo, I'd love to hear about them. We are a family of a mom, and 3 teenagers, (2 girls 16 and 15 and a boy 13).

I kayaked out to Lover's Beach in Cabo, and loved it! I have also rented waverunners off of the beach. Had a great time with that too!
